Nothing brings good cheer like friends at the biergarten. You've heard this work in Ein Prosit. Here's a definition:
Gemütlichkeit is a German-language word used to convey the idea of a state or feeling of warmth, friendliness, and good cheer. Other qualities encompassed by the term include coziness, peace of mind, and a sense of belonging and well-being springing from social acceptance. The adjective "gemütlich" is translated as "cozy" so "gemütlichkeit" could be simply translated as "coziness."
All of our shirts are designed to look great with your favorite pair of jeans or paired with your traditional lederhosen to give a modern look and comfortable experience. Nothing is better than a t-shirt on hot summer days, especially when you’re wearing leather pants. Don’t feel like wearing a dirndl? This is a great alternative.
All designs are original and designed by us in Indianapolis. We come up with shirts that we would like to wear and we make them. Most of our best designs came to us brainstorming in a biergarten and whenever we travel, we hit every German restaurant and biergarten in town. If you see a similar design somewhere else, they took it from us. All shirts are printed here in Indianapolis.
We dug through our closet, found our favorite t-shirt, and had all our designs printed on that shirt. All of our designs are printed on premium triblend blanks constructed of 50/25/25 polyester/combed ringspun cotton/rayon. The shirts are unisex and athletic fit, so if you are in between sizes we recommend ordering up one size. These shirts do not shrink. They are cool and allow good airflow. The designs are all printed with waterbased or discharge ink to give the softest possible feel and a vintage look. To keep them looking their best we recommend washing inside out in cold water.
We try to get everything shipped out the same day, but please give us a day for emergencies.
